SHIPPING
- All products are generally shipped as soon as possible within 14 days of your order.
- The reason for this is because we have to hand make each and every single product. It takes a lot of work and effort in our small workshop. Sometimes I get 10-15 orders per day. We have to make each and every one of these by hand with a great deal of precision. Please be patient as I will make sure you receive an impeccable product.
- Overall expect your climber to reach you within 2 - 3 weeks of your order date.
RETURNS
- No returns on personalized items or custom orders.
CANCELLATIONS
- We accept cancellations only if your climber has not started production.
- Please contact me first via our contact us page to find out if it has started or finished production.
BROKEN PART/DAMAGED ITEM
- If there is any damage upon receipt of your climber, or if any part is not as described in terms of condition - contact me and I will work with you to get it corrected.
